The 2019 IAF-ILAC Mid-Term Meetings will be held at the
Hilton Mexico City Reforma Hotel from 04-11 April 2019.

EARLY BIRD DEADLINE
Registration and payment must be received on or before Thursday 21 February, 2019 at (Mexico City time GMT-6) to receive the early bird discount price. Funds must be received in full on or before the early bird deadline to qualify for this rate.

Delegates who register before the early bird rate but do not submit payment in full before the early bird date will have their registration fees automatically adjusted to the regular rate without notice.
No exceptions will be granted.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Cancellations and refund requests must be submitted by email to the conference organizer. All email correspondence must originate from the account on the record of registration to be considered a valid request. Cancellations received on or before Monday, 4 March, 2019 (Mexico City time GMT-6) will receive a full refund less a USD $75.00 administration fee. Cancellations received after Tuesday, 5 March, 2019 are not eligible to receive a refund.

IMPORTANT! Please note there is a new bank account being used for wire transfers. Delegates sending registration payments by wire transfers should double check to ensure that wire transfers are being sent to the NEW account listed on the invoice.

REGISTRATION FEES
Early bird rate (on or before 21 February 2019) – $155 USD per day
Regular rate (
22 February or later) – $190 USD per day

Registration fees includes Wi-Fi in meeting rooms, one morning coffee/tea break, hot buffet lunch and one afternoon coffee/tea break per day for each day a delegate is registered to attend meetings.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment for registration can be made online by credit card using Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Payments can also be made by wire transfer. Wire transfer information will be provided on the invoice that is emailed after successful registration. 

FAQs
How do I request a letter from IAF and ILAC for my Visa application?
You must first register online to attend the meetings. During the registration process you will be asked to enter more information if you require a Visa invitation. Please submit your request for a visa invitation early (no later than 6 weeks prior to the conference) to avoid unnecessary delays. After we have received your complete registration, you will receive the invitation letter by e-mail in PDF format. Please note that letters cannot be mailed in hard copy. Please note that IAF and ILAC cannot overturn decisions made in the case of declined visa applications.

I am unable to pay by credit card; how can I pay for my registration fees?
You must first register to attend the meetings. During the registration process you will be asked about your payment preference. If you select the ‘pay by wire transfer’ option, you will receive an invoice with details of how to pay your registration fees by wire transfer.

I registered for the meetings before the early bird date, but have not made payment – can I still receive the early bird rate?
No. The early bird rate is only extended to delegates who register and pay before the cut-off date. Anyone who has not paid the registration fee by the early bird cut-off date will have their registration fee automatically adjusted to the regular rate. It is the responsibility of delegates to ensure their payment is received by the conference organizer prior to the cut-off date. Unfortunately, no exceptions will be granted.
