Registered delegates will receive login details for the document sharing service within one week after registering for a meeting. The login details will be sent to the same email address you entered when you registered for the meetings. If you are a registered delegate, please contact us if you do not receive your login details within one week (5 business days) of completing your registration.
PLEASE NOTE: Observers do not receive access to meeting documents.
Convenors and Chairs of each meeting will be uploading documents in the weeks leading up to their meeting(s).
WHY HAVEN’T I RECEIVED THE LOGIN DETAILS FOR THE DOCUMENT SHARING SERVICE?
Registered delegates (with the exception of observers) will receive login details for the document sharing portal within one week (5 business days) of registering to a meeting. The login information will be sent to the email address provided on your registration form. If you have not registered to the meeting, you will not receive documents. Please be sure to check your spam folder if you haven’t received the login details within 5 business days.
WHY AREN’T THERE ANY DOCUMENTS IN THE FOLDER I’M LOOKING AT?
Convenors and Chairs of each meeting (with the exception of closed meetings) will be uploading documents in the weeks leading up to their meeting(s). If there are no files in the related folder, it is because the Convenor and/or Chair of that committee has not yet uploaded any documents.
