A block of rooms has been reserved for participants of the IAF-ILAC Mid-Term Meetings from 30 April to 8 May, 2023. The guestroom rates below include all taxes, surcharges and fees, and a hot buffet breakfast for each guest for each day of their reservation and Wi-Fi in all guestrooms.

IAF and ILAC have not sourced any housing management companies to solicit members – if you receive a call/email from someone offering to organize your accommodation for the IAF-ILAC Mid-Term Meeting – do not accept. This is generally a scam. Delegates should book their own accommodations directly with the hotel and never through an unsolicited third party.
EXPEDIA, BOOKING.COM, HOTELS.COM AND TRAVEL AGENTS:
If you book your accommodation using outside suppliers like Expedia, Hotels.com or through a travel agent – your room rate may not include breakfast or complimentary wifi in your guest room. Any problems arising as a result of booking guest rooms with outside suppliers must be resolved with those suppliers directly.
