IAF and ILAC MEETING REGISTRATION IS OPEN TO PARTICIPANTS WHO ARE MEMBERS OF IAF and/or ILAC.
Meeting participation is restricted to members of IAF and ILAC, as well as invited guests and a very limited number of observers. Observers must be approved in writing by Convenors or Chairs of the meetings they wish to attend. Observer status will normally be reserved for participants who belong to an IAF or ILAC member organization, or who have a particular reason for attending a given meeting. If approved to attend, observers must register online. Observers are not entitled to receive any meeting documents.
EARLY BIRD DEADLINE
Register and submit payment on or before Friday, 17 March 2023 (17:00 UTC) to receive the early bird discount price. Funds must be received by IAF / ILAC in full on or before the early bird deadline in order to qualify for this rate. Delegates who register before the early-bird rate but do not submit payment in full before the early-bird date will have their registration fees automatically adjusted to the regular rate without notice. No exceptions will be granted.
IN PERSON REGISTRATION FEES

The in-person registration fee includes complimentary wifi in meeting rooms, one morning coffee/tea break, hot buffet lunch and one afternoon coffee/tea break per day for each day a delegate is registered. Please note, there are no social functions (receptions or dinners) included in the Mid-Term Meetings.

The virtual registration fee includes virtual access (via Zoom) for all meetings (with the exception of closed meetings) during the Mid-Term Meetings.

VIRTUAL PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
1. Delegates should have an active Zoom account.
(If you don’t have a Zoom account, you can sign up for a free account at zoom.us or join via a browser). Please note that the email address you use to sign into your Zoom account and your work email account which you use to register for the meetings do not need to be identical. This step is necessary as some of the meetings require participants to be validated in order to facilitate any voting which might take place during one of these meetings
2. Delegates should register to the meetings using their work email address.
In order to validate your identity, we request that you register using your work email address. If you do not use your work email address to register it may take a longer time to validate your identity and there may be delays in sending you joining instructions and file sharing credentials.
3. Duplicate email addresses are not accepted.
Only one email address can be used for each delegate. This means that organizations can not register multiple people using a single email address. Each registrant must use a unique email address.
4. Attendance is taken at each meeting.
Delegates who are not registered to join a virtual meeting will not be permitted access.
All participants will be provided with COVID-19 rapid antigen tests at the registration desk to take back to their guest rooms. In order to ensure the safest environment possible, participants will be asked to test in their guest room each day before entering meeting rooms. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the hotel for participants.
CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellations must be submitted by email to email@example.com. All email correspondence must originate from the email on the record of registration in order to be considered a valid request.
Cancellations received on or before 17 March 2023 (17:00 UTC) will receive a full refund less a USD $75.00 administration fee. Cancellations received on or after the above date and time will not be eligible to receive a refund.
The only exception to this policy will be for in-person attendees who have a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 on or after 24 April 2023. In this case, participants who have registered to attend the meetings in person can transfer their registration to another person or can substitute their in-person registration for a virtual registration pass. Refunds for the difference between in-person registration fees and virtual registration fees will be considered on a case-by-case basis by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I request a letter from IAF and ILAC for my Visa application?
You must first register to attend the meetings. During the registration process you will be asked to enter more information if you require a Visa invitation. Please submit your request for a visa invitation early to avoid unnecessary delays.
I am unable to pay by credit card, how can I pay for my registration fees?
You must first register to attend the meetings. During the registration process you will be asked about your payment preference. If you select the ‘pay by wire transfer’ option, you will receive an invoice with details of how to pay your registration fees by wire transfer.
