ILAC-IAF VIRTUAL MEETING REGISTRATION IS ONLY OPEN TO PARTICIPANTS WHO ARE MEMBERS OF IAF and/or ILAC.
Meeting participation is restricted to members of ILAC and IAF, as well as invited guests and a very limited number of observers. Observers must be approved in writing by Convenors or Chairs of the meetings they wish to attend. Observer status will normally be reserved for participants who belong to an IAF or ILAC member organization, or who have a particular reason for attending a given meeting. If approved to attend, observers must register online. Observers are not entitled to receive any meeting documents.
1. Delegates must have an active Zoom account.
(If you don’t have a Zoom account, you can sign up for a free account at www.zoom.us). Please note that the email address you use to sign into your Zoom account and your work email account which you use to register for the meetings do not need to be identical. This step is necessary as some of the meetings require participants to be validated in order to facilitate any voting which might take place during one of these meetings
2. Delegates should register to the meetings using their work email address.
In order to validate your identity, we request that you register using your work email address. If you do not use your work email address to register it may take a longer time to validate your identity and there may be delays in sending you joining instructions and file sharing credentials.
3. Duplicate email addresses are not accepted.
Only one email address can be used for each delegate. This means that organizations can not register multiple people using a single email address. Each registrant must use a unique email address.

When will I receive the virtual link and joining instructions?
The joining instructions including the link for each meeting will be distributed to registered participants the day prior to the meeting. If you don’t receive the joining instructions the day prior to the meeting, please contact us.
I don’t have a Zoom account. Can I still join the meetings?
These meetings will all be conducted using a Zoom platform. In order to participate, all delegates must login to their Zoom account before joining the meetings in order to be authenticated. (If you don’t have a Zoom account, you can sign up for a free account at www.zoom.us) There may be an opportunity to dial in by phone – if you require this feature, please indicate this need on the registration form in the ‘additional questions and comments’ section and we will contact you to discuss what is required to use this feature.
I am not a member of ILAC or IAF, can I still attend the virtual meetings?

Is there a limit on how many people can register?
All members of ILAC and IAF are welcome to join the meetings, there are no limits on the number of delegates who can participate virtually.
I have not received my document login info, confirmation email, etc…?
Please ensure that you register using your work email address and that the email you enter is accurate. Additionally, please check to ensure your confirmation notices aren’t being sent to your spam folder.
